Silk
Screen >> – Ideal for nearly any type of image, the inks have a smooth semi-gloss finish.
Ink is pushed/pulled across the screen image of a design whereby ink is transferred to the fibers of a garment. Normally
the cheapest option for keeping your cost to a minimum, but will crack and fade within the first several months of wear/washing.

Flex
>> – A polyurethane material that has a smooth semi-gloss finish. Heat pressed at 354
degrees the material permanently adheres to the fibers of the garment. Flex is guaranteed not to fade or crack for up
to 18 months. Ideal for sports teams or any design with up to three colors. Available in 25 colors that include
neon, glitter and glow-in-the-dark.

Flock
>> - A polyurethane backed material that has a raised fuzzy texture. Heat pressed at 354
degrees the material permanently adheres to the fibers of the garments. Flock is guaranteed not to fade or crack for
up to 18 months. Ideal for certain designs or text that only contain one color. Available in 13 colors.

Light
Digital >> – A material that transfers ink to the fibers of a garment and seals the image
with a layer of silicon. Guaranteed not to fade or crack for up to 12 months. Images are printed using an eight
color process and are ideal for digital images that are printed onto white garments.

Dark
Digital >> - A material that ink is transferred to and in turn the material is transferred to the
garment. A thin layer of silicon sealant is then applied for protection. Guaranteed not to fade or crack for up
to 12 months. Images are printed using an eight color process and are ideal for digital images that are printed onto
colored garments.

Sublimation
>> – A process whereby ink is pressurized and heated onto a hard surface. The ink transforms
into a gaseous state and passes through a special polymer coating on the item. As the item cools the gas returns to
a solid ink state. The polymer coating ensures the image will never fade or crack for the lifetime of the product.
Ideal for digital images that are printed onto mugs, clocks, coasters or any polymer coated item. |
